Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, including one downstairs, utility with washing machine and freezer, lounge diner. Outside courtyard, hot tub and private field for your dog

Please only use back door in cases of emergency and the main yard to the left of the entrance is private 

We have to empty clean and fill the hot tub between each stay. Unfortunately we don't have a hot water tap so it is filled cold, it takes time to get to temperature so please check before first use, once it is to temperature it will remain for the duration of your stay 

No illegal substances 

No shoes upstairs  

Please keep dogs downstairs and off the furniture 

The shed is out of bounds 

No unregistered guests allowed 

Please take care of the key, lost keys will incur a charge 

Damages to be paid for by the guests
